Join a Team That Shows Up for People
At Esther’s Home Care, caregiving is not just a job. It is a calling. We are always looking for compassionate, reliable people who want to make a real difference in the lives of the adults they care for and the families who trust them.
If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
What Makes This Work Different
Esther founded this agency in Baltimore in 1999 because she believed that good care comes from genuine relationships, not rotating schedules and unfamiliar faces. That belief shapes everything about how we work, including how we treat the people on our team.
“Some people are born knowing their mission in life. We look for people who feel the same way about caring for others.”
When you join Esther’s Home Care, you become part of a small, close-knit team where your work is seen, valued, and supported. You are not a number in a staffing pool. You are a caregiver with a name, a relationship with your clients, and a team behind you.
- Work that is meaningful from day one
- Consistent client assignments so you can build real relationships
- A supportive team environment led by an experienced Nurse Practitioner
- RN oversight and clinical support available to the care team
- A mission-driven agency with more than 25 years of roots in the Baltimore community
